Admin / Public Relations Officer (JAFZA)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all administrative tasks and manage government-related documentation and processes in compliance with JAFZA regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with UAE government authorities, labor, immigration, and JAFZA-specific portals and procedures.
What you will do
Administrative Duties:
  • Manage daily office administrative operations, supplies, and facility management.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, customer visits and trainings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required by management.
  • Support HR, Operations and field teams
  • Strong knowledge and daily use of JAFZA Trade Portal, Trakhees Portal, PCFC Portal  and Dubai Customs Portal (last two for visitor pass and JAFZA goods entry passes arrangements)
  • Coordinate with departments for general office requirements.
  • Day to Day Admin work. 
 
Public Relations Officer (PRO) Duties:
  • Handle all documentation and processes related to JAFZA operations, including company license renewals, amendments, and compliance.
  • Manage JAFZA Trade portal, visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and JAFZA contracts and relevant UAE government portals.
  • Manage Trakhees portal, application, submission, approvals.
  • Manage Dubai Customs portal, Dubai chamber renewal, submission. 
  • Manage PCFC portal for Visitor pass submission and approvals. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor and immigration laws in JAFZA and the UAE.
  • Liaise with government departments such as Immigration, MOHRE, Dubai Police, and Emirates ID Authority.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee medicals, Emirates ID, E-channel and portal services.
  • Represent the company in all PRO-related activities including submissions, collections, and clearances.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and timely renewal of company trade licenses, establishment cards, and employee-related permits.
Who we’re looking for
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Admin / PRO in JAFZA is mandatory.
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of JAFZA regulations and UAE labor/immigration laws.
  • Proficient in using government portals (JAFZA, Trakhees, e-Channel, Immigration, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
